The house is equipped with every comfort, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, TV, WiFi, private parking.
Ideal opportunity to explore Lerici and all the beauties of the 5Terre! The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access to Lerici and San Terenzo, the two towns that directly overlook the gulf, in the period between 15 June and 31 august, is governed by the limited traffic zone ( ZTL) in force from 10 am to 18,30 pm and from 01,00 am to 05,00 am. The space The apartment of approximately 65 m2 is located on the first floor of a lovely building WITHOUT a lift.
To access the apartment you need to take the stairs. The apartment is composed as follows: -BEDROOM I with a queen bed and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM II with a bunk bed, wardrobe and a desk. -LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table with chairs, an armchair -KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils; -BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet, toilet. -BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet - Outdoor DINING AREA in the garden with umbrella, table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited WiFi, TV (web TV only, no digital terrestrial), 2 fans, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available only for small to medium-sized cars; large vehicles are not suitable. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. l'appartamento era fornito di tutti gli accessori sia per la cucina che per lo stiro, la posizione ottima in zona tranquilla e in 10 minuti a piedi per una scalinata si può raggiungere la spiaggia
il parcheggio se si ha un'auto che non è di piccole dimensioni

Вид) до моря удобно, но достаточно тяжело из-за подьема.
Две спальни, а вентилятор один(
Грязно вокруг комнат ( коридоры)
доп кровать очень неопрятно убрана в спальне), вешалки, место у стиральной машины не убрано.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der schön gelegene Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Einzig ist der Fußweg ans Meer etwas beschwerlicher, da es viele Treppen runter sind, wobei das aber auch geht. Mit Kind und Kinderwagen geht man lieber den Weg außen rum.
