This wonderful renovated flat at the foot of the slopes, measuring 28 m² and sleeping up to 4 people, comprises

- Bright living room with double sofa bed (1x2 pers) and flat screen TV;

- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils);

- Sleeping area : bunk beds (3x1 pers);

- Large balcony with sublime views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes;

- A bathroom with bath and separate WC;

- Ski locker, board games, raclette machine;

- Private outdoor parking (Residence);

- The accommodation has blankets and pillows.


The "PETIT OURS II" residence is ideally located:

- 200m from the ski lifts;

- 40m from equipment hire;

- 40m from small shops


Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra

A deposit of 500€ is requested on arrival.
