On the upper floor there is a third bedroom (2 single beds, 1 children's bed), which is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 5 PERSONS. There is also a furnished terrace (smoking permitted), ample parking, a barbecue and 2 high chairs. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Lüßvitz is a small district of Ummanz and is located in the rural surroundings of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the west coast of Rügen. The Kubitzer Bodden with bathing facilities is approx. 1 km away. Boat and bicycle hire, riding centre and surfing area within a radius of approx. 5 km. The region has retained its natural charm and impresses with its tranquillity, solitude and unspoilt coastline. It is also a popular destination for observing the numerous migratory birds, especially in spring and autumn.
