Proximité du centre historique de Brive.
Logement sale : sol, poussière, frigo. Heureusement l'intervention rapide (ménage) des gestionnaires a permis une expérience plus agréable.
Place de parking difficilement accessible sauf à avoir une fiat 500.

D'y passer une seule nuit, dommage l'agencement est plutôt sympa, la déco aussi...
Le ménage pas fait, bouilloire initilisable vu la saleté. Impossible d'avoir la tv, ni internet.
L'exterieur est tellement nul que l'on se demande où on arrive.
