Welcome to Zenolac!
Lightly situated on the heights of Sevrier and 500 metres from the lake, discover a charming flat, ideal for your family holiday! Perfect for 6 people, this flat has a very large terrace with a view of the mountains.
You can reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 5 minutes on foot! The same goes for the shops, which are within a 400m radius.
The accommodation
- Air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed "à la nordique"
- 1 bedroom with a trundle bed, i.e. 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom
- Separate toilet
- 1 large terrace
Television and broadband Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The flat also has a washing machine and hairdryer.
Private parking in the development.
Linen will be provided for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the flat.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. You will be able to get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium car park (no private parking space).
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Enjoy the mountains, harbour and beaches! The magnificent town of Annecy is just 4 kilometres away.
Arrivals are welcome every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely
