The La Goleta building is a seven-story property located on the front line of the South area of Xeraco Beach.
The building offers covered and uncovered parking.
Just a few meters away, you'll find sports facilities, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a medical center, a Tourist Office, medical attention, and a cultural center.
This apartment, situated on the sixth floor, features three bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living-dining room, and an independent kitchen with sea, beach, and mountain views.
It also boasts a spacious east-facing terrace with spectacular sea and beach views.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything needed for cooking and setting the table.
It includes a television, washing machine, microwave, and a parking space. Capacity: 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/essentials.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided you request it in advance and have previously paid the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water makes it ideal for young children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The marshlands are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach without buildings, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
