Descans is a four-story building with an elevator located in the CENTRAL/NORTH area of Xeraco beach, close to supermarkets and many other services.
It is situated thirty meters from the sand. The apartment on the fourth floor has three double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, an independent kitchen, and a living-dining room with access to a north-facing terrace (with awning) offering side sea views.
There is also a second south-facing terrace with an awning, accessible from the kitchen.
Both terraces have sea views.
WIFI service is included.
It has air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as fans in the secondary bedrooms. Accommodates 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). A change of bed linen every two weeks is included.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, by requesting this in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Departure and vacating of the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
