In a beautiful coastal village we discovered this charming house, very well equipped and with an outdoor space designed to enjoy in company. It is the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria. The stunning beaches of Berria and Trengandín are just 5 minutes away by car. In addition, 10 minutes away is the Natural Park of the Santoña Marshes. Just 7 minutes away is the town of Santoña, known for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
The ground floor has a bright living room with a large dining room that communicates with the kitchen and one of the outdoor terraces. It also has a complete bathroom.
On the first floor, three cosy double bedrooms and another complete bathroom.
EXTERIOR AREA
The terrace, connected to the living room, offers unobstructed views of the surroundings. It has a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company: another larger dining area and a smaller one next to the entrance of the house. The outdoor furniture can be adapted to the needs of the guests.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. It also has a small breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining room.
FOR SURF LOVERS
- Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, much appreciated by surfers.
- The house has an outdoor area where you can store your surfboards.
- There are several surf schools nearby.
OBLIGATORY CHECK IN
We will send you an email to check in online, the same day you confirm your booking. Check in is a compulsory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check in must be done 20 hours before the entrance. Consult us if you have any doubt, we will help you in everything.
DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make a security deposit online. This security deposit will not be debited from your bank account. This procedure is authorised by your booking platform.
