In a beautiful coastal village, we discovered this charming house, very well-equipped and with an outdoor space designed for enjoying in company.
It is the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria.
Just a 5-minute drive away are the impressive beaches of Berria and Trengandín.
Furthermore, the Natural Park of the Santoña Marshes is just 10 minutes away.
The town of Santoña, known for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities, is a mere 7 minutes away. HOUSE LAYOUT The ground floor has a bright living room with a spacious dining area that connects to the kitchen and one of the outdoor terraces.
It also has a full bathroom. On the first floor, there are three cozy double bedrooms and another full bathroom.
The master bedroom has a trundle bed, to be used when needed. OUTDOOR AREA The terrace, connected to the living room, offers unobstructed views of the surroundings.
It features a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces for enjoying and relaxing in good company: such as another larger dining area and a smaller one near the house entrance.
The outdoor furniture can be adapted to the guests' needs. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
It also has a small breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining room. FOR SURF LOVERS - Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, highly appreciated by surfers. - The house has an outdoor area where surfboards can be stored. - There are several surf schools in the vicinity. MANDATORY CHECK-IN We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day the reservation is confirmed.
