Your vacation home includes, On the street floor: -a private, closed garage for small and medium vehicles (electrical socket inside) -a gate leading to the house by around ten steps On the ground floor : -the double terrace area of 100 m² with a view overlooking the cove -a large living room with a very beautiful kitchen, sea view (decorative fireplace only) -a bathroom with small shower and sink -a separate toilet On the 1st floor, with sea view: -a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 -a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 -a large bathroom with toilet and sink Behind the house a small terraced garden of 200 m².
Clinging to the hillside of this small mouth of the Yeodet, this independent country house benefits from: a breathtaking view, sand, swimming depending on the tides, numerous hiking trails including the famous GR34.
Time is, so to speak, suspended, we stay there as if in a parenthesis, and completely reconnected with the nature which rocks the place (the water flows constantly, the rocks touch everywhere and the birds are omnipresent).
The Yaudet district, 500 m away, is a small village that has remained almost intact! a magnificent chapel, an authentic mill, a preserved coastline.
Lannion, Town of Art and History 7 km away, will seduce you with its Thursday morning market, its quays on the Léguer, its restaurants, its old streets with half-timbered houses.
Big advantage too, 12 km to the South offers you the large bay of Saint Michel en Grève and 19 km to the North the superb Pink Granite Coast!!

Cette très belle maison est située dans un environnement extraordinaire. Les locaux paraissent neufs et le matériel mis à disposition est top. Bravo aux propriétaires et merci encore.

Emplacement idéal : mer et sentier des douaniers aux portes du gîte. Très confortable et parfaitement équipé (la cuisine est magnifique).Bref nous recommandons à 100%.

Environnement et cadre extérieur vraiment exceptionnel.Très calme et ressourçant.Déçu de la qualité confort de la maison, surtout à l'étage au niveau des chambres et de la SDB.Beaucoup de coupures d'électricité.Accueil inexistant du propriétaire.Communication quasi inexistante également.Vraiment déçus de la prestation pour un Gîte de France 3 épis.
