In the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Piriac, Le Croisic, and La Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (a naval hub).
You can also enjoy numerous hiking and cycling trails, boat trips, or horse-drawn carriage rides.
A pond and beach with lifeguards are available 400 m away. Peace and quiet await you in this tastefully renovated cottage. Private, enclosed garden of 60 m² with no overlooking neighbors. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm, 2: two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together). Included amenities: cot/high chair, baby bath/changing mat upon request (no washing machine or dishwasher). Not included: electric heating during the heating season (€9/day), bed linen (€8/person/stay), towels (€6/person/stay), and tourist tax. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.

Petit gîte sympathique, idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Peu équipé en électroménager. Manque internet pour wifi et tv (quand il pleut)'.

"Excellent séjour L',emplacement est idéal entre les marais et les balade a vélo. Proche de guerande et des belles plages du côté de batz sur mer ( plage de sorlock même en marée basse) Le gîte est bien équipé dans un endroit calme , petit jardin apprécié avec ses transats L',hôte est très agréable et arrangeante"
