Enjoy its many hiking trails, cycle paths, and boat or horse-drawn carriage rides.
The cottage is 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, and La Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (site of the shipbuilding giants).
A pond and small beach with lifeguards are 400 m away in the summer.
Private, enclosed garden of 100 m².
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee machine), small veranda, and separate WC.
Upstairs (slightly steep but safe staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm sofa bed) and shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi Not included: electricity, electric heating during the heating season (flat rate €9/day), bed linen (€8/person/stay) and towels (€6/person/stay) are optional.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.

L'escalier peut être assez raide pour certaines personnes.
Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel jusqu'aux moindres détails (économe et verre doseur).
Petit plus pour le rouge-gorge qui est venu nous rendre visite à tous nos repas ce qui montre le calme du secteur.

Wir hatten entspannte zwei Wochen in diesem schön restaurierten Häuschen mit Garten. Küche, Bad und WC gepflegt, Betten prima. Nur die steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist eine Herausforderung für ältere Menschen.
