The LAS OLAS complex consists of two blocks of six-story buildings with an elevator, located just sixty meters from the sand, on the North side of Xeraco beach at Avda. de la Mota nº 35. In the vicinity, you will find several restaurants and other services.
It is a quiet, family-friendly area with little traffic, guaranteeing a peaceful stay. A lovely apartment on the second floor, meticulously maintained.
It has two bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), a shower room, an independent kitchen with a utility/laundry room, and a living-dining room with access to a spacious south-facing terrace with awnings and limited sea views.
The residential complex offers large communal garden areas, a tennis court, and a communal swimming pool with a Venetian ladder and a small, fenced shallow children's pool.
A covered parking space is included. Capacity for 4/5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ADMITTED. PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 12 KILOS (€7/NIGHT). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
Key collection outside office hours is possible, provided it is requested in advance and the deposit has been paid.
Departure and check-out from the accommodations must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after an apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WiFi service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are numerous hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter are very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped, virgin beach, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, in sea arms, and rivers.
