The Palafitte residence boasts a fantastic location directly on the lake.

The comfortable flats in the residence offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

All flats have a balcony with a view of the lake.

Use of the communal washing machine and heating is available for a fee.

Bilo The approximately 48 square metre two-room flat with a wonderful lake view can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (including one child under the age of 18).

It has a bedroom with a double bed.

The sofa bed in the living area offers a second place to sleep.

There is a table and chairs as well as a television.

The living area also has a fully equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.

The spacious balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The public beach of Lake Ledro is only 30 metres away.

Here you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake or simply relax while your children let off steam and make new friends.

LEISURE AND SPORT In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation you will find the beach of Lake Ledro.

Outside the residence, the region offers a wide range of sporting activities.

You can practise water sports such as canoeing, surfing or sailing.

The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.

SHOPPING Supermarkets and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Hotel San Carlo, which offers a breakfast buffet for an extra charge, is just a few minutes' walk away.

There are also a variety of restaurants serving delicious Italian dishes in the neighbourhood.
