Completely renovated in 2023-24, the house features a spacious, comfortable living room/kitchen and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (sink and shower), a great advantage for family or group stays.
For added convenience, there is also a hand shower next to the toilet.
In the ground-floor bedroom, the two 90 cm beds can be joined to form a 180 cm bed for two people.

The garden next to the house is ideal for relaxation: lawn, terrace, flowers, and aromatic plants.

Your host lives nearby and will gladly share tips for exploring the area and remains available if you need anything.
Location & surroundings
Located just steps from the Lézardrieux bridge, along the GR 34 hiking trail and the Vélo Maritime Route 4 connecting Roscoff to Kiev, "Les bernaches du Lédano" offers a sea view and is very close to Lédano beach, on the banks of the Trieux.
This region is perfect for walking, cycling, or driving excursions.
Parking is available next to the house. The lively town of Paimpol, with many shops, cultural and sports activities, is just 4 km away by car. Guests can reach Paimpol train station by TER from Guingamp, even with bicycles.
The area offers many activities: swimming, coastal walking, heritage discovery, culture, nature, festivals, cinema, hiking, horse riding, and water sports. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are possible at high tide from Lédano beach.

- The house is near a departmental road: traffic noise can be heard outside, but is minimal inside thanks to new insulation and double glazing. The living spaces face away from the road, with views of the Trieux.

Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Des volets auraient été apprécié dans la chambre du bas (plus simple pour coucher les enfants)

La propriétaire est vraiment très accueillante et gentille. Une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille d’eau nous ont été offert, c’est très agréable. La décoration de la maison est fait avec goût, et propre. On a manqué de rien. Toute la famille a apprécié et cela donne envie de revenir rapidement !
