The space

Elegant apartment of approximately 85 m2 is located on the sixth floor of an elegant historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). We also point out the presence of a step at the entrance.


The accommodation is made up as follows

BEDROOM 1: equipped with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2: with a double bed.

LIVING AREA: very spacious, equipped with a relaxation corner with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.

KITCHENETTE: has a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.


BATHROOM 1: bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

BATHROOM 2: service, with toilet, sink and bidet.


OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, balcony.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
