In addition to the famous beaches of the north-west coast, there is no shortage of wooded areas and panoramic points. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults. (5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years old) Access is from the ground floor, where you will find the kitchenette with dining table and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, to be reached by a wooden staircase, a living room with sofa bed and coffee table, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second bathroom with tub and washing machine. Services inside the apartment: - oven; fridge with freezer; washing machine; gas hob; hairdryer; TV; camping cot included Services outside the apartment: - Sea View from One Window; public parking nearby Important Notes: - minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of young people) - rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults plus two children - check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
