Charming independent villa of 103 m2 equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private garden surrounding the house. The accommodation is located in a residential area equipped with all essential services and at the same time close to the historic center of Fano, easily reachable in 15 minutes on foot. It is also just a 14-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive from the first beach. Parking space included!


The interior space

The villa of approximately 103m2 is surrounded by a private garden and only during the summer period has a wooden table with chairs and an umbrella.


The internal space is organized as follows
- KITCHENETTE with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and TV;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with two joinable single beds, armchair and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with sink, bathtub, shower, bidet and toilet;

- GARDEN.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent gas heating, three portable fans, washing machine (in the bathroom), clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


Please note that to access the house it is necessary to climb steps.


An external parking space is available in the garden, suitable for small cars.


There is no air conditioning.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fano, equal to EUR 1.30 one night per person for the first 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The villa is located in a residential area of ​​the city of Fano, in a location that lends itself both to a relaxing stay and to a more dynamic holiday: it is in fact located in a street away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but at the same time time nearby from the lido with sandy beach and the most popular clubs, and a 15-minute walk from the historic center of the city. From this position, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous places on the Romagna and Marche coasts, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland. The characteristic fish market and the renowned typical restaurants of the town are also within reach.
