Ker Beloüz is a recently built, detached house, ideally located 200 meters from the beach and 900 meters from shops.
Two adult bicycles are available for enjoying the many rides in the surrounding area.
Private parking is available on the property.
There is a 130 m² enclosed garden with a south-facing wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, laundry room, and separate WC.
Upstairs: three attic bedrooms (rooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together; room 3 has a double bed (160x200 cm)) and a shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, sound system, and Tassimo pod coffee machine.
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, and bed linen.
Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
Electric car charging: €35 per stay.
Pets are welcome (maximum 2), but not allowed upstairs.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
