About this home:
This house is located on the outskirts of the village of Fromentine, not far from the village beach (850m) and the beaches of la grande cote and la bergère (1.5Km).
Noirmoutier bridge 300m away.
The garden overlooks the forest and offers cycling and walking paths.
The house is located behind another dwelling, away from the road.
The garden is enclosed, mostly paved, but also has a sandy area where children can play safely.
The accommodation:
The accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer).
A dining area, with connected TV and wifi.
A bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bunk bed, a table, storage space and a sofa, a second bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space and hanging space.
Bathroom with double washbasin, washing machine, toilet and walk-in shower.
Outside, there's a shed where you'll find 5 bicycles (adults), as well as the tools you'll need for fishing.
Access for travelers:
There are two parking spaces (on the left) on a shared road, ideal if you want to go to Ile d'Yeu.
Not far from the Noirmoutier bridge, you can cycle to the island.
Other comments:
For people with reduced mobility, the shower is adapted, however the house is not PMR.
Towels not provided.
Bed linen provided
Cleaning products are available.
Pets over 20kg are not allowed.
