Cocoonr offers you this charming 69 m² air-conditioned house to rent in Salon-de-Provence, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a lovely terrace surrounded by greenery under a pergola.
Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A private south-facing terrace of 32 m², with furniture to make the most of fine weather. - An outdoor area at the back for a cool lunch in summer, with furniture. - The terrace is surrounded by a shared vegetable garden (not accessible to travellers), which is maintained and watered regularly. The house is ideally located in Salon-de-Provence, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visiting Salon de Provence (20 min walk; bus stop at the foot of the house) - Visits to the main tourist towns between 25 and 35 minutes away: Aix, Avignon, Arles - Hiking in the Alpilles (15 min by car) and the Luberon (20 min by car); the Côtes massif, the Tallagard massif, etc. - Salon-de-Provence municipal outdoor Olympic swimming pool, open only in summer - Cycling, running and walks in the Tallagard massif. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the garden, in the space indicated to you on arrival. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Salon-de-Provence 2.6 km away (about 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus) - Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence 39 km away (about 35 minutes by car) Other comments: - The vegetable garden is not available to travellers and is tended by a neighbour, particularly during the summer period to water, daily in fine weather, twice a day in the event of a heatwave. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

What an absolute dream place to stay! Gorgeous house with a little bit of space. Nice part of town and a little secluded which felt safe. We had a great time staying here. The host was so nice and so helpful!
