Wir waren in 5 min zu Fuß an der Tram, in 10 min Entfernung (Haltestelle Kunsthaus) konnten wir auch kostenlos die Altstadt Bim nutzen, ruhige Lage zum Innenhof, wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, … sehr gut 😍. Das Bad und alles andere war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war hervorragend.
Der Weg zum Appartement führt durch die Küche des Vermieters, manchmal wurde es dort abends etwas lauter (aber Ohropax waren vor Ort verfügbar 🙂).
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimalistisch, aber dank der guten Gastronomie in Graz und des günstigen Preises zu verschmerzen .
