In our modern furnished holiday home with lake view you can spend your holiday with up to six people.

The rental prices are valid for 6 persons.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed and bathroom linen and firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.

One pet can be booked for an additional charge. More on request.
A maximum of two pets can be booked.
One parking space is available free of charge.
During your stay there may be construction work in the newly built Seepark.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room with a large dining area and fireplace as well as a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and sauna. The utility room with washer-dryer is also on the ground floor. A large wooden terrace with seating for 4, a garden table and parasol invites you to linger. There is a lockable bicycle shed next to the house.

Four-legged friends are very welcome in our non-smoking home with fenced property.

In the living area you can spend cosy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. A free internet connection is of course included.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

On the ground floor you will find your own wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool and walk-in shower. Here you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The underfloor heating rounds off the feel-good effect.

An additional guest WC can be found on the upper floor. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a cosy sofa bed on the gallery.
The house has its own lockable bike room.

Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike ride along the Fietsentour - a network of cycle paths over 1200 km long through the county of Bentheim.
Take a boat trip on the Vechte or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pool.

The town of Nordhorn attracts visitors with its cosy cafés and restaurants as well as shopping facilities. All localities are within easy walking distance.
The zoo in Nordhorn is also a highlight. The nearby Netherlands also invites you to go on excursions.

Construction work may be carried out in the newly built Seepark during your stay.

If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, you must obtain this certificate at your own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
