Our largest holiday flat in "Haus Schwalbennest" is furnished in country house style. Holiday flat "Claas" offers 100 square metres of living space for up to six people and a baby. Renovated in 2014, this holiday flat offers all modern comforts. The flat is located in the basement and is bright and friendly. The holiday flat is divided into four bedrooms, a spacious living area and two bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the other two are single bedrooms. One also has an HD TV.
There is a cosy sofa set in the living room, which offers space for six people in front of the HD TV. A modern music system with DVD player is available. The open-plan kitchen gives the room a cosy atmosphere. A large dining area with six chairs and a high chair await you in a comfortable size. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
In addition to the six people, the flat is also equipped for a small child (0 - 3 years). The cot and changing unit are located in the parents' bedroom, separated only by a room divider.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. WLAN is available in the whole flat. Short stays of less than 7 or 5 nights are possible for a one-off flat rate for short stays of EUR 100.
For 15 or more nights we offer a discount of 10.- EUR per night.
