Here you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake or simply relax while your children play and make new friends. POOL The spacious swimming pool of the complex provides pleasant cooling during the summer months.
Loungers are distributed around the pool and can be used free of charge. FAMILY FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or splash around for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.
A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge (reservation required at booking). LEISURE AND SPORTS The residence has an outdoor pool, as well as a football, table tennis, and volleyball court.
Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a variety of sporting activities.
Water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating can be practiced.
The hinterland invites you to go cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf.

The comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is beautifully nestled between Lake Garda and the mountains. The public bathing beach, as well as the beautiful promenade that leads you to the center of Riva, can be reached in approximately 700m.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Riva is located on the northern shore of Lake Garda and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns on the lake. In addition to visiting the Roman excavation site, a stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade is recommended. The winding and typically Italian alleys with all sorts of souvenir and clothing shops, as well as bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, invite you to stroll. Treat yourself to an aperitif in one of the bars on the piazza and enjoy the lively hustle and bustle unfolding before you. A visit to the turquoise-blue mountain lake "Lago di Tenno," which you can reach after a half-hour drive, as well as the Varone waterfall, is also recommended. A trip around Lake Garda is also a great experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a whitewater raft ride to a fairytale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern lakeshore) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. Along a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
