Top Lage. Restaurants und Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Auch die Metro Stationen sind höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt.
Im Appartement war alles da für den täglichen Gebrauch-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher.
Der Gastgeber war beim Check-in anwesend, ist sehr freundlich, hat uns kurz in alles eingeführt.
Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem. Soll laut Gastgeber aber demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances (dont la soirée de Noël) dans cet appartement sous le toit et c'était un très bon choix : il est assez grand, bien équipé, bien situé et bien chauffé (ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein hiver). Les hôtes sont accueillants et joignables en cas de questions...

Owner available and accommodating. Great location and clean but modest unit. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Toilette in a closet, can't close door.
