The family-friendly Residenz La Rotonda impresses with its unique hillside location offering a panoramic view and a stunning vista of Lake Garda.
The center of Tignale, with its charming Italian alleys, restaurants, and shops, is just a few minutes' walk away.
Lake Garda can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The comfortable apartments are tastefully furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Guests can also use the restaurant with bar, tennis courts, and playground of the nearby hotel of the same name, La Rotonda.
There is also a beautiful sun terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
For the colder months, an indoor pool is available from mid-September to mid-May. The recently renovated 45 sqm three-room apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for two people.
The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for 2 people.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, an Italian espresso machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, hairdryer, and shower.
A satellite TV is also provided.
The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as two loungers, invites you to relax and offers a fantastic view of Lake Garda.
Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours.
Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several units of the same type.
ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTH OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days, as well as the minimum stay duration for your chosen season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in is also possible on the following day (please notify us before arrival).
The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH The shores of Lake Garda are just a few minutes' drive away.
Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children play and make new friends.
POOL The residence's outdoor swimming pool provides a welcome cool-down during the summer months and offers a fantastic view of the lake.
For the colder months, there is also an indoor pool available in the complex.
This ensures swimming pleasure all year round.
FAMILY FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or splash around in the outdoor pool at the residence for all ages.
Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 people, including a baby cot.
LEISURE AND SPORTS The residence has an outdoor pool.
Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a variety of sports activities.
You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating.
The hinterland invites you to go cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf.
Nature lovers will get their money's worth with long hikes or trekking tours.

Tignale is located on the western shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush, Mediterranean vegetation, as well as steep cliffs that encircle the picturesque lake and create a fascinating panorama. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool war bei den Kindern an erster Stelle,
WLAN war sehr schlecht und man musste immer sein Datenvolumen nehme, wenn man was buchen. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen sehr klein.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt.

Sehr große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick auf den Gardasee.
Leider fehlten Backofen und/ oder Toaster, Wasserkocher.

Für die Ausstattung des Apartments fehlten ein paar grundsätzliche Dinge wie Wasserkocher, Toaster oder Backofen. Auch Töpfe waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden für eine Selbstversorgung. Abtropfgelegenheit für schmutziges Geschirr fehlte ebenfalls.
