Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) that can be split into 2 (90x200) suitable for children. - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, iron, electric griddle, washing line available in the shared property.
Exterior: - An 8 m² balcony with table, chairs and chiliennes with sea view to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).

Le Floreal "Vacances à Bandol
Tout c'est très bien passé, belle appartement, décoré avec goût. Il ne manquait rien, juste le micro-ondes qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le dame qui nous a accueilli était très bien. Le seul hic, mauvaise coordination pour notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre une bonne heure, mais la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Julie nous a fait oublié l'attente"

Le Floreal "Le Floréal, un lieu formidable !
🙂 Un très bon accueil, l'appartement est très confortable au calme, et avec une décoration très cosy. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Les espaces sont bien répartis et rien ne manque...vraiment ! La jolie terrasse avec la plancha et la vue mer au loin, déconnexion totale !
