The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 113 m² house in Courbépine for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It has a lovely 55 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a fenced garden of around 2,400 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises First floor: - 55 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), library and dining area - Kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, hob, plancha (on request for longer stays)... - Corridor with storage space (coats/shoes) - Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with wardrobe First floor: - Small library on landing - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with storage space - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) with storage space - Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with storage space - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful fenced garden of 2,400 m². - The house is surrounded by a 100 m² concrete terrace with garden furniture (chairs, table for 8/12 people and sun loungers) to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Courbépine, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Notre dame de Bernay, the Notre Dame de la couture basilica, the discovery circuit with its half-timbered houses mainly on the waterfront, the Sainte Croix church, the Bernay fine arts museum, the Charentonne pastoral golf course, the Édith Piaf theater, the Hôtel de la Gabelle, the Cordeliers convent near the Romanesque abbey church. The Saint-Martin de Bernay aerodrome (4 minutes away) offers Gyro Gilles autogyro rides and other aeromodelling and flying club activities. A few km from Bernay: the Bec Héllouin abbey, the Harcourt arborétum and the Champ de Bataille castle. En route to Honfleur (50min), Le Havre (1h10) a stop to visit the Venice of Normandy (Pont-Audemer). Towards Deauville (55km), a stop in Lisieux (27km) for a visit to the Basilica of Sainte-Thérèse. A little further on, 1 h drive away, Cabourg and the D-Day landing beaches. Swimming pool, dojo, climbing wall, tennis court, etc. - the town is well equipped. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. There is also ample free public parking in Courbépine, near the school and village hall. Le propriétaire est très sympa et hyper reactif. Répond rapidement à nos appels et sms.
Gite est très propre. Immense jardin. Tout est bien équipée. Idéal pour passer un bon moment en famille ou avec des amis. Chien autorisé ce qui est cool également. L'emplacement est top pour visiter la normandie: boulangerie leclerc a proximité. 45 min de deauville, 25min de lisieux.

Calme, grand jardin clôturé pour notre chien, sans vis à vis le top.
