This hotel has an excellent location close to Lake Lucerne and the main streets, making it convenient for exploring the city. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. However, the room quality was disappointing with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows that made for poor sleep. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, and overall the room felt unclean.

Cold water showers only, the shower head had to held in your hand. Bed and pillow are really hard, It was clean though.
