It has 3 large bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be put together) and 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle, washing machine.
On the ground floor, the kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave) and the living-dining area overlook the very large veranda with brick arches, where you can stay and relax in the fresh air even in changeable weather.

The garden, which is spread over three sides, is about 400 square metres in size, with an outdoor shower.
The house is very quietly situated in a pine forest on a closed road, car parking space at the house.

The inhabited centre of the village is approx. 1 km away and offers year-round services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacies, petrol stations and car rental.
The small country town of Valledoria is known for its long dune beaches and is popular with water sports enthusiasts, especially for kitesurfing.
