Beautiful 18th-century traditional Canarian house located in the Historic Artistic Center of Villa de Arico.

Expansive gardens with fruit trees, aromatic herbs, and ornamental plants provide views of the village, the 18th-century Church of San Juan Bautista, the Atlantic Ocean, and beautiful sunsets.
The gardens are set on two levels with many spots to sit and relax. On the lower level, there is a saltwater pool with chairs, umbrella, loungers, and an outdoor shower.
The upper level offers a large covered and furnished barbecue area, an open terrace with wooden furniture, and an outdoor shower. High-speed Wi-Fi is included for remote work.
