The entrance is on the upper floor, leading to a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, guest WC, and a covered terrace.
This floor also has three bedrooms (beds: 150 x 200 cm, 180 x 200 cm, 180 x 190 cm), two bathrooms, and a terrace.
On the ground floor, a separate guest studio with bedroom (bed: 150 x 200 cm), sofa bed, and bathroom is available.
The garage for two vehicles is also located here and features a pool and table tennis area.
All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.
Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included.
High chairs and baby cots are available free of charge on request.
The swimming pool can be heated in the winter season on request; this service is available for an extra fee.
With four bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
On request, two extra beds can be provided for a total of 12 guests.
An extra fee applies for these additional beds.
