The house is divided into two separate flats on two levels, each with two bedrooms. On the lower living level, the open-plan kitchenette, sofa with armchair and dining/sitting area in a bay window create a spacious and cosy living area.

From the closed entrance area with cloakroom, you have access to the utility room with washing machine and the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

The upper floor is reserved solely for the two bedrooms and a guest WC with washbasin.
