Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 10 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 14 m² terrace. - Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- A 14 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Merville-Franceville-Plage, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Beach 300 m away on foot
- Visit the Merville-Franceville Battery Museum, Pegasus Bridge, Cabourg Casino...
- Several water sports activities
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street in front of the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen SNCF station, 22 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 30 minutes by car.

Nous avons profité de l’extérieur grâce a une météo favorable; le logement est situé proche de la plage et c’est l’atout principal et très agréable du logement.Contacte avec le propriétaire sympathique. Bien pour 1 week-end ou 1 semaine en petit comité.
