Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area and a loggia overlooking the port/sea. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and loggia - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Dans l'ensemble, bonne location. Mais lave-vaisselle en panne, signalé, non réparé.
Pas de parking dans la résidence, pas pratique pour décharger les bagages.
Propreté correcte sauf pour certains placards qui m'ont obligée à les nettoyer avant d'y déposer mes affaires.
