As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the large living room, with its superb cathedral ceiling that lets in natural light. This welcoming space houses a cosy lounge, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a convivial dining room. The west wing of the house is ideal for parents. It comprises a study area, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and an en-suite shower room. In the east wing, you'll find two further bedrooms, an additional shower room and a separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160x200) and the second has 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be used to make a double bed.


On the first floor, you will find a play area for the children, as well as the last bedroom which is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200.


Outside, you can enjoy a large garden of 1200m² and a south-facing terrace where you can share convivial moments with family or friends around a barbecue while taking advantage of the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and the Aber Benoit below.


A practical storage shed is also available for sports equipment such as bikes, windsurf boards, kite surfing, canoeing, and much more.


The house is located 1500m from the Brouennou beach and 2.5 km from the magnificent Sainte-Marguerite beach.


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
