Romantic Antica Sponda is a central flat located just a few steps away from the bus stop "Sponda" and the central Piazza dei Mulini.

This spacious house is the ideal solution for a family holiday in Positano or for a couple who would like to have a large space with a view.

The flat has a large outdoor terrace with a sea view over the town of Positano and the entire coastline as far as the Faraglioni of Capri!

The house can be reached from the main road by taking about 100 steps with a steep incline, but once you are there the view is unique.

The access is from the outside terrace which is equipped with a wonderful lava stone table with wrought iron chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the sea view.

On entering we have a large room with a vaulted ceiling furnished with a double sofa bed, a table with four chairs, an antique sideboard and a low cabinet for the TV. From the living room we then enter the kitchen, complete with everything for cooking.

It consists of a double basin sink, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. There is also a coffee machine with pods and an American coffee machine. In the living room there is also a service bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A door divides the living room from the sleeping area, which also has access from the terrace.

The bedroom is furnished in maritime style, with a king-size wrought-iron bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and mirror. The room has a private attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.

The entire property has wi-fi connection.

The terrace is exclusively available to guests.

Neighbours share access and passage to the terrace to access their flat on the upper floor.

Guests are required to present ID at check-in.

Tourist tax is not included in the price and is payable locally €2.5 per person per night.
