This luxurious 12-person villa is situated in the heart of the beautiful hilly landscape of South Limburg. Epen is one of the southernmost villages in Limburg. This luxury villa is fully furnished with no fewer than three hot tubs, a tanning bed, a professional kitchen, an atmospheric living room, and a beautiful terrace with a spacious garden. In this villa, enjoyment is guaranteed for young and old alike!
This luxury villa is suitable for up to 12 people and has a surface area of no less than 550m². The spacious living room features an atmospheric seating and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee bean machine, ample refrigeration space, combination microwave, grill, deep fryer, freezer, orange juicer, toaster, mixer, and a six-burner stove. There are a total of seven bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a single bed, and five bedrooms have a double bed. There are also seven wardrobes distributed among the bedrooms. There are five bathrooms, each with its own shower, sink, and toilet. Four of the bedrooms feature a bathtub, three of which are whirlpool baths. You will also find a hairdryer in every bathroom. The lovely, spacious garden features a terrace with garden furniture and cushions, and there are several play equipment items available for children. There is ample space to park your cars.

A visit to the cities of Maastricht, Aachen or Liège is also worthwhile. For a fun day out, visit the Schaapskooi Mergelland, the labyrinth at the Drielandenpunt or Fluweelengrot in Valkenburg, a beautiful town known for its caves and castles.

Een groot huis met veel mogelijkheden. De inrichting is wat belegen, de buitenruimte is rommelig, zou goed opgeruimd en beter bijgehouden moeten worden.
De keuken is praktisch met veel mogelijkheden, maar ook wat rommelig. De eigenaar zou kunnen leren van de gedachte: Less is More! Voor ons was het ondanks deze minpunten een goed verblijf!

Het huis is mooi gelegen en heeft een prachtige eetkamer. De host is heel vriendelijk. De kamers/badkamers/keuken... zijn echter aan een renovatie toe. Het is ouderwets en we hadden weinig warm water, wat met een grote groep wel een beperking is. Er werd ook niet aangegeven dat sommige kamers met een buitentrap bereikbaar zijn (appartement).

Bij aankomst, aangename ontvangst door de heer des huizes in een charmant voormalig hotel. Minpunt: als je extra faciliteiten aangeeft, zoals bubbelbaden, zorg dan wel dat er steeds voldoende warm water aanwezig is. Zelfs douchen lukte niet altijd. Voor deze hoge huurprijs verwacht je minstens wel dat alles naar behoren werkt.
