Near the centre of Strasbourg, my flat is very well placed for visits to the city centre, easily accessible by car or public transport. Close to everything, you'll be delighted to explore the city! On business trips, you'll be right next to the CUS administrative centre and the NHC, in the heart of the Rive-Etoile district.
🛗The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift, in a new, secure residence.
🅿️ A basement parking space will be available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
🛏️ This wonderful flat consists of a spacious bedroom, with a double bed.
🚿🧼 🚽 The flat is equipped with a shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and a washer-dryer.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.

🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.
🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 60 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €120 cleaning fee
📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
