This very special house surrounded by forest in a nature reserve can accommodate up to 4 people. Just 4.1 km from the picturesque village of Valldemossa, it has 106 m2 of living space and 5000 m2 of outdoor area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating.
There is also a parking space (3 parking spaces) and a bicycle garage, a furnished terrace (150 m2) with barbecue and a private pool (9mx4m). If you are traveling with a large group, we can offer the adjoining twin house (Son Galceran Petit), so we can accommodate up to 8 people. While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also a neighbor to Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the exceptional view, partly stretching to Barcelona. Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house.
The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia is 10 km away.
The airport can be reached in 30.2 km. If you wish to stock up on some groceries, you will find the nearest supermarket just 3.8 km away.
For dinner, visit the nearby restaurant Can Costa or try one of the famous "Coca de patata" at the famous bakery in Valldemossa. The plot is surrounded by cacti, pine trees, and olive trees and is fully fenced with the typical log fence.
