Welcome to Can Mesquida, a spacious holiday home ideal for families and groups, offered by 5StarsHome, the leader in holiday rentals in Mallorca and Ibiza. This beautiful finca can accommodate 12 guests plus babies, with 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and free wifi.
Situated just over a kilometre from Inca, the house is set in a large enclosed garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The highlight is the impressive 12m x 6m private swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing in the sun. There is also a children's playground with slide and swing, perfect for the little ones.
The finca has several spacious terraces with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing, and a large table for dining together outdoors. For barbecue lovers, there is a comfortable barbecue area for preparing delicious grilled meals.
Inside, the elegant natural stone house has 543 m² and a modern and bright design. The living room has large windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light, as well as a large sofa area for relaxing or enjoying movie nights. Just next to it is the integrated dining room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen, which makes cooking very comfortable and enjoyable.
The sleeping area offers 6 spacious double bedrooms (3 with double beds and 3 with two single beds each) and 5 modern bathrooms, 3 of them en suite. One of the bathrooms includes a double rain shower. All rooms have air conditioning and television for comfort.
Can Mesquida is located just outside Inca, a well-connected town in the heart of Mallorca. Inca is famous for its large weekly market on Thursdays, where you can find leather goods, local food and crafts. The town also hosts the "Dijous Bo," Mallorca's largest autumn fair, and is known for its bodegas, cafés and cosy restaurants.
From the finca, beautiful beaches such as Playa de Muro and Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive away, ideal for day trips. Whether you want to explore the island or simply relax on the finca, Can Mesquida is a perfect year-round holiday home, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
