Inca is the third largest town of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. Although it is mainly a residential and industrial town, the famous weekly market and the wine cellars attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those renting a car, Inca is only a few minutes away from the main road that runs around the island, making it an excellent location for those wishing to explore the island. The beautiful north coast of the island is easily accessible from here. Inca's main attraction is undoubtedly the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the largest markets on the island and fills the streets of the town centre with small stalls. Although it is mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (the "leather capital" of Mallorca), you will also find foodstuffs and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find the biggest autumn fair in Mallorca, the "Dijous Bo", an agricultural fair that has become a festival with firework displays and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafés and bars with terraces, but the renovated wine cellars and small cosy restaurants have become the landmark of the town.



Our wonderful holiday home "Can Mesquida" is only a good kilometre away from Inca in the middle of a beautiful garden, surrounded by lush palm trees, lots of lawn and Mediterranean plantations. Your rental cars can be parked directly on the driveway within the grounds. The property is completely fenced and for our youngest visitors there is even a children's play area with slide and swing in the garden. The elevated pool area offers 12 sun loungers and parasols for the desired comfort, after swimming a few meters in the large pool (12 mx 6 m). The house is surrounded by a large terrace, ideal for relaxing on the chill-out furniture and dining together at the large terrace table. The grill master of the travel group can really spread out in the comfortable barbecue area and conjure up excellent menus.



The elegant interior of the natural stone house extends over a generous 543 m² and is decorated very modern. The entire living room has been designed with many windows and sliding door elements, creating a 100% pleasant living environment with plenty of natural light. The beautiful and bright living room offers a spacious sofa for the whole family. Fun movie nights are guaranteed. Immediately following is the integrated dining room with open plan kitchen. The elegant look of the kitchen not only provides plenty of space to work, but also a lot of comfort with the most modern kitchen appliances. Cooking is very comfortable here.

At the back of the house the sleeping area is designed. Here you can choose between 6 large double bedrooms (3 with double bed and 3 with 2 single beds each) and 7 bathrooms, 3 of them en suite. All rooms are well furnished and decorated in warm natural tones. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms is part of the basic equipment. The bathrooms are also very elegant and of high quality and are equipped with different shower platforms. In one bathroom there is even a double rain shower. Travel cots and high chairs are provided for our youngest guests so that all members of the family feel at home. Whether inside or outside, our finca "Can Mesquida" is an absolutely fantastic holiday home in the beautiful north of Mallorca. If one day you want to go to the beach, you will reach it quickly, in only 15 minutes by car. Playas de Muro and also the beaches of Puerto Pollenca are highly recommended due to the cleanliness, safety and very popular services. Our finca can be booked all year round and is equipped accordingly. Air conditioning, heating and free Wifi internet access belong to the basic equipment of the finca.
