Swim in the pool, work out in the gym, and enjoy local cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen. The exterior, covering 630 m², features elegant wood-look flooring in a modern gray tone, creating a chic atmosphere.
The saltwater pool (9m x 3m) is easily accessible via stairs and features a "sun deck" with shallow water, perfect for sunbathing.
Enjoy comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with two large dining tables. Stay active in the underground garage transformed into a fitness room with various training units, including table tennis, TRX, a treadmill, and satellite TV.
The integrated lighting and music system on the terrace and rooftop is conveniently controlled via iPad. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area features a central dining table in elegant white.
There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, XXL satellite TV, and minimalist decor, and another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) to entertain the children. The house was spacious, breezy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home.
We arrived in early June for a week and were disappointed that the pool was way too cold to use. You might consider a solar heater for the pool as you have plenty of space and sun for one.

We had some problems during our stay with the water supply and one evening also with the electricity. It gave us some problems. Regarding the level of the price for the rent of the house these things should have been in order.
