Stay in a magnificent 101m² duplex apartment in a new building. It is located on the 6th floor of a quiet building with lift.


This flat features on the first level:

- a bright, fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) with a central island for sharing your meals.

- a lounge area 🛋️ equipped with a television 📺

- a first bedroom 🛏️ with a double bed.

- a bathroom with shower 🚿and toilet 🚽.

- a large terrace with unobstructed views over a green area🌞

On the first floor you will find:

- two bedrooms 🛏️ with a double bed each.

- a bathroom with shower 🚿and toilet 🚽.

- a study 💻 completes the first floor.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.


🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited.

<🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning costs.

<🚭A tolerance is required on the balcony. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the courtyard.


🛏️ Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
