Casa Azul is a beautiful holiday villa in Calpe, the heart of the Costa Blanca. It is located just 900 metres from the beach and the town centre of Calpe. With a total of 3 bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 6 people, making it the ideal home for an unforgettable stay with your family and friends!



On the upper level, we find a living room with two sofas, TV, air conditioning and dining table. Next to it is the kitchen, with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.



There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the villa. On the upper level there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. There is a separate large bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.



On the lower level there is a small flat with a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. It has a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Next to it is a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, 2 hole cooker, microwave and dishwasher.



Outside you will find the beautiful garden with several lounges, a barbecue area and a large private 8 x 4 swimming pool. You can sunbathe all day or go exploring Calpe and all it has to offer.




To make your holiday as peaceful as possible, there is private parking space.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
