Casa Azul invites you to enjoy time outdoors, with a private 8 x 3 m outdoor pool and a garden with several seating areas. The fenced grounds also have a barbecue for shared meals. This 143 m² villa in Calpe / Calp sleeps up to 8 guests, with the beach and Calpe centre each around 900 m away.
Upstairs, the living area has 2 sofas, a TV, air conditioning and a dining table, with a kitchen next to it. There are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed; one has air conditioning. A separate bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
Downstairs is a small apartment with an air-conditioned double bedroom and its own shower room. Next to it is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The villa has 3 bathrooms in total and 2 kitchens, including a small kitchen downstairs. A dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine help make meals easy. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and a washing machine is available.
A restaurant is approximately 475 m away and a park around 500 m away, both measured in a straight line. There are 2 private outdoor parking spaces at the property. Charging electric cars there is prohibited due to fire risk.
Pets, smoking, parties and youth groups are not allowed. The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must not be exceeded. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival; please replenish them yourself. Check-in is from 17:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
