A true haven of peace nestled in a magnificent setting with views of the rolling hills and its inhabitants! This charming little cottage, tastefully and meticulously renovated by the owners, will captivate you with its inviting atmosphere.
Its tranquil surroundings, near the Jouanne River, invite you to disconnect while enjoying all the comforts of home thanks to its amenities: a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen, made-up beds, a heated swimming pool, a pétanque court, and hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. The intimate, south-facing terrace will quickly become your favorite spot at the end of the day! Shops 4.5 km away: Montsûrs. From the cottage, you have easy access to the remarkable sites of the Mayenne region: Laval, with its Christmas lights, castle, and Museum of Naïve Art; Sainte-Suzanne, a medieval town voted "Most Beautiful Village of France"; Saulges with its Museum of Prehistory and caves, climbing site, the Basilica of Evron, the picturesque village of Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve... The Val de Jouanne lake with its beach and pedal boat rentals is 8 km away... Local producers nearby offer vegetables, bread, cheese, wool, mushrooms, apple juice/cider, and more. The owners will be happy to help you discover the best the area has to offer.
The cottage/studio is on the ground floor and offers complete privacy for 1 or 2 people. Living area (13m²) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 2-burner electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine), dining area, lounge with sofa, coffee table, storage, and a 55cm TV. Sleeping area (9m²) with two 90x200cm twin beds (can be joined on request). Shower room (3m²) with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer.
Separate WC. WiFi (fiber optic). South-facing terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture and two sun loungers.
Charcoal barbecue.
Heated 4m x 8m swimming pool (shared, open from May 1st to September 30th - pool with a gradual depth of 1.20m to 1.60m). Baby equipment: travel cot with mattress, changing mat, high chair. Storage available for bicycles and motorcycles.

Follow the D275 and turn left onto La Hamardière. From Montsûrs, follow the D32 towards Saint-Cénéré. In Saint-Cénéré, turn right onto rue de la Chapelle-Anthenaise, continue to follow the D275 for 600 meters further turn right towards La Hamardière.

We verbleven 2 nachten in dit mooie verblijf in Montsûrs. Alles kwam overeen zoals beschreven op de site. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en je hebt een geweldig uitzicht. Kortom, een prima verblijf.
