In a quiet villa area only 4km from the picturesque town center of the artists' village of Vence stands the romantic Villa Viva in an unspoiled southwest slope location.
Enjoy the wide panoramic view of the green hills, the famous St. Paul-de-Vence and in the distance the sea. Here you can breathe deeply and come to rest.
The stylish house offers 120sqm of living comfort on two floors with various terraces and secluded spots around the sunny pool.
To the house belongs a 1500sqm hillside plot overgrown with Mediterranean plants, cypresses and citrus trees. The beach in Cagnes-sur-Mer is only 9km away, the enchanting city center of Nice only 20km. Stroll through colorful markets or stroll through the winding streets of the surrounding artist villages.
Visit the perfume city of Grasse, the fashionable Monte Carlo or make a detour to Saint Tropez.
Here everyone will find an exciting destination within a day trip.
The special flair of this area has already enchanted many and will inspire them.
The delicious Provence cuisine with the good wines of the area will contribute to this. On the first floor of Villa Viva is the spacious living area with panoramic views over the upper terrace into the distance.
From all the windows of the house the view of the romantic landscape draws you in. In summer you can live, through the large sliding doors, both inside and outside.
The tasteful furnishings with exposed roof beams and beautiful terracotta floors or parquet offer every vacation comfort.
The large, Provencal kitchen is very well equipped.
Here, "making dinner" becomes a vacation highlight.
In the back of the house there is a bedroom with double bed ( 160x200) and a beautiful marble bathroom with ground level shower.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, each with double bed ( 160x200) and sitting area and another shower room.
Below the house on the garden level there is a completely independent apartment with separate entrance, where the house manager lives.
Your car can be parked inside the fenced area.
