You enter the terraced house into an elegant living area, adorned with fine paintings and art lovingly collected over time. But the eye is drawn outward, through the large panoramic windows, straight onto the blue Mediterranean. Here you live in harmony with the sound of the sea.
The well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom are also on this level.
Downstairs is the so-called library, a tribute to the thinkers who once brought this house to life. Here there is room for many books, as well as various seating areas and an additional sleeping space.
Two comfortable double bedrooms (160x200), one with air conditioning upstairs, two bathrooms and an additional balcony offer plenty of space for four to five guests.
Outdoors
Three waterfront terraces and private access to the sea form the soul of this exclusive residence. Here, indoors and out alike, you float in the blue of the sea and sky, listening to nothing but the waves and the gulls.
Open the panoramic doors and enjoy the closeness of the water. Nothing separates you here from the sea's waves.
Here too, large panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with dining area, the absolute highlight of the house. From here, you have private access to the sea directly from your terrace.
The house sits on a steep coastline, and a steep path has been cut into the rocks, not open to the public. Only residents of the building have access, from their terrace. The water here is of a pristine clarity rarely found on public beaches anymore. Enjoy this unique atmosphere: having the Mediterranean entirely to yourself!

The house belongs to a well-known Italian family of journalists and was, for many years, a meeting point for both Italy's intellectual and glamorous circles. Discussions and celebrations took place here, and many details still recall that exciting era today.

Good to know
- The house comes with a parking space for vehicles up to a maximum size of 4.50 m in height x 1.70 m in width. Should your vehicle be too large, you can drive up to the house to load and unload, and will then need to use public parking or book a space separately in a nearby garage. We're happy to help.

Ospitalità, educazione e metodi molto affabili e sinceri per coloro che gestiscono la casa. Per il resto la serenità del luogo completa una settimana di un pensiero al di fuori della quotidianità-

Die Lage des Hauses Mare Blu mit dem herrlichen Blick ist unsagbar gut. Auch die Nähe zum Ort mit den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen ist toll, ebenso, dass man das Auto auch für Ausflüge nicht benötigt.

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und es fehlt an nichts! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Der eigene Meerzugang ist anspruchsvoll und nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns hat er super getaugt.
