Housing :
7 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a set of chalets with the appearance of Californian houses integrated into a site with pine trees on 15ha. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops and 7 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).
Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space.
This chalet of about 50 m2 has a beautiful kitchen equipped with a pantry open to the living room and a dining area, a pleasant terrace of 15m2, and 2 bedrooms including one with a double bed in 160, and one with a single bed superimposed with a double bed in 140. You will have a bathroom with toilet.
For your comfort: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, air conditioning in the living room, refiberter with freezer, deckchair, gas, a cot, TVs in the living room and bedroom, 1 Wii game console.
Rent tennis courts in the residence.
Small animals are accepted with an extra of 30€.
